El presidente de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, ha abogado por un resurgimiento de los incentivos fiscales y la asignación de suelo público para el desarrollo de viviendas.

De manera similar, el presidente de Murcia, Fernando López Miras, cuestionó la eficacia de la ley y enfatizó la importancia de escuchar propuestas regionales, como las reducciones del IVA para adquisiciones de vivienda pública.

En contraste, Cantabria y Extremadura han mostrado una postura más conciliadora, reconociendo los pasos pero considerándolos insuficientes.

El gobierno vasco, alineado con la visión de Sánchez pero protector de sus competencias, exigió una inversión pública urgente y apoyo legislativo para acelerar los procedimientos urbanos.

El presidente de Cataluña, Salvador Illa, destacó la vivienda como un motor clave de la desigualdad mientras exhibía el ambicioso plan de su región para construir 50,000 viviendas para 2030.
